The Homeowners Association meets every fourth Monday of the month at the Hilton Garden Inn 10543 Sierra Avenue Meeting Room No.1 Fontana, CA 92337 at 7:00 pm. All home owners and tenants are welcome to attend the monthly meeting.

The Cottages at Southridge Homeowners Association is managed by EMS Property Management who directly reports to the Board of Directors.
